As a followup to my Flex 4 Mate Project Template I have created a Mate Project Template for Adobe Air. You can find all my project template over at my google code site.

Mate Project Template for Flash Develop

I've been working with Silverlight and C# for a few years now and I really like the MVVM pattern. I've been wanting to implement the same pattern using the Flex framework which lead me to a really great Flex framework called Mate. It only took me a few hours to wrap my head around the framework and get an MVVM style application up and running with Flex. The only issue I ran into was the lack of Flex 4 specific documentation. So I've created a Flex 4 project template for Flash Develop that will get you started quickly.
